A Tokaiden who was born in Johteni (with the skin to show it) but her Dark brown hair comes from T.S. Mando. Most people call her RiRi. Her favorite thing to say is "Gao uken todo" (I'm thinking (a) lot). RiRi always hangs around Mio, but he doesn't consider a friend more than an annoyance. She's not allowed near Nakoni Cara because of how she seems bent on upsetting Blue-syndrome sufferers. Despite her overall mean personality, she's willing to teach anyone out of sheer kindness, and manages to include everyone in anything she does.
